These Terms of Service govern your use of the MIYABIYA online store ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We specialize in anime figures and hobby collectibles sourced from Japan. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Scope of These Terms
- Applicability
- These Terms apply to all use of our store, including browsing, placing orders, and all communications with us.
- Related policies
- In addition to these Terms, your use of our store is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any other guidelines we publish.
2. Products
- Product range
- We primarily sell anime figures and hobby-related collectibles sourced directly from Japan.
- Product information
- Product images, descriptions, pricing, availability, and estimated shipping times are displayed on each product page.
- Color accuracy
- Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings or photography conditions.
- Packaging and individual variation
- Figures and hobby products may have minor scuffs, dents, scratches, or corner wear on outer boxes due to manufacturer handling or distribution. Minor paint variation, small factory marks, or differences in packaging specifications may also occur.
- Non-returnable conditions
- Minor outer box damage or conditions that fall within normal manufacturer tolerances and do not affect the product itself are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Orders
- How to order
- Orders are placed through our standard checkout process.
- Order confirmation
- After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided.
- Not a guarantee
- An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee stock availability or shipment. We will verify your order, inventory, and payment status before preparing your shipment.
4. Purchase Agreement
- When it is formed
- A purchase agreement is formed when we confirm your order and begin shipment preparation, or when we send you a shipping confirmation email, whichever comes first.
- Order cancellation by us
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
· Item is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable
· A clear error in pricing, description, or stock quantity
· Payment cannot be successfully processed
· Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
· Order appears to be fraudulent or a prank order
· Bulk order that exceeds normal consumer purchase limits
· Past transaction history suggests the order should not proceed
· Any other reason we determine makes fulfillment impractical
5. Pricing

- Product prices are as displayed on each product page. Prices are shown in the currency relevant to your region and include applicable taxes.
- Price changes
- Prices may change without notice due to inventory, supply costs, market conditions, or promotions.
- Pricing errors
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you, or offer to fulfill it at the correct price.
6. Payment

- You may select any payment method shown at checkout.
- Availability
- Available payment methods may change based on Shopify settings or payment provider availability. The checkout screen always shows the current options.
- Failed payment
- If payment cannot be processed, we may hold or cancel your order.
- Fees
- Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
7. Shipping
- Shipping methods and rates
- Shipping methods, fees, and estimated dispatch times are described in our Shipping Policy or displayed at checkout.
- Dispatch time
- In-stock items are typically dispatched from Japan within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. For international deliveries, the estimated arrival window is generally 7–14 days after dispatch and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination region, weather, carrier conditions, high-volume periods, or public holidays.
- Delays
- Dispatch or delivery may be delayed in the following situations:
· High order volume
· Additional stock verification required
· Weather, traffic, or carrier congestion
· Public holidays or extended store closures
· Separate dispatch estimates noted on the product page - Carrier selection
- We generally do not accept requests for specific carriers. We select the most appropriate shipping method based on item size, destination, and availability.
8. Missed Deliveries and Address Errors
- Return shipping
- If a package is returned to us due to an extended absence, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, any re-shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Additional fees
- Additional charges related to the return and re-dispatch may also apply.
- Address accuracy
- Please double-check your delivery address, building name, unit number, and phone number before completing your order.
9. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before dispatch preparation
- We may be able to accommodate cancellation requests received before we begin dispatch preparation.
- After dispatch preparation
- Once dispatch preparation has begun, the item has shipped, or the product has been sourced specifically for your order, cancellations may not be possible.
10. Returns and Exchanges
- Reporting a problem
- If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue.
- Resolution
- After reviewing your case, we will guide you through the appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange, return, or refund.
11. Non-Returnable Cases
- Ineligible cases
- Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted in the following situations:
· More than 7 days have passed since delivery
· Customer-initiated return for personal reasons (change of mind)
· Item has been opened, assembled, or used
· Item was damaged by the customer after receipt
· Tags, accessories, manuals, or parts are missing
· The item matches the condition described on the product page
· Minor outer box wear (scuffs, dents, corner damage)
· Minor paint variation or factory-level marks within manufacturer tolerances
· Subjective reasons such as color difference or appearance not matching expectations
· Any other case where we reasonably determine the return is not warranted
12. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Reporting window
- If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Required photos
- We may ask you to provide the following photos:
· Outer packaging (shipping box)
· Packaging materials
· Damaged areas of the product
· Shipping label
· Full view of the item - Resolution
- After reviewing the situation, we will arrange an exchange, return, or refund as appropriate.
13. Damage in Transit
- Keep all packaging
- If you suspect damage occurred during shipping, please keep the shipping box, packaging materials, and the product itself, and contact us.
- Carrier investigation
- A carrier investigation may be required. Please do not discard the box or packing materials until the investigation is complete.
14. Product Condition and Packaging
- Outer box condition
- Figures and hobby products may have minor scuffs, dents, scratches, or corner wear on outer boxes from manufacturing or distribution handling.
- Individual variation
- Minor paint variation, small factory marks, or differences in packaging specifications may occur between individual units.
- Not eligible for return
- Minor outer box damage that does not affect the product's usability, and conditions within normal manufacturer tolerances, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Before ordering
- If outer box condition is particularly important to you, please contact us before ordering.
15. Prohibited Conduct
- Prohibited actions
- You agree not to engage in any of the following when using our store:
· Submitting false information
· Impersonating another person to place an order
· Using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods
· Placing prank or bad-faith orders, refusing delivery, or refusing payment
· Infringing on the rights, interests, or reputation of MIYABIYA or third parties
· Interfering with store operations
· Violating applicable laws or public order
· Placing bulk orders exceeding normal consumer limits
· Any other conduct we reasonably determine to be inappropriate
16. Order Restrictions

- We may cancel orders, halt shipments, or restrict future transactions in the following cases:
· Prohibited conduct has been identified
· Previous delivery refusals, long absences, non-payment, or return disputes
· Bulk ordering of the same or similar items
· Orders we determine to be fraudulent or outside normal purchase patterns
· Any other reason we reasonably determine warrants restriction
