- Additional fees

Payment
- Payment methods
- Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Accepted methods include credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods designated by MIYABIYA. The checkout screen is authoritative for available options.
- Payment timing
- For credit card and online payments, charges are processed at the time of order. The actual billing date depends on your card issuer or payment provider. If there is a problem with payment, your order may be held or cancelled.
Orders & quantity
- Available quantity
- Available stock is shown on each product page. We may limit order quantities based on inventory. Depending on timing, stock confirmation may be required after your order is placed.
- Order validity
- If payment is not completed or if we are unable to reach you for confirmation within a reasonable period, we may cancel your order. For limited-stock items, we may need to confirm availability even after an order is placed.
Shipping & delivery
- Delivery timeframe
- In-stock items are typically dispatched from Japan within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. For international deliveries, the estimated arrival window is generally shown as 7–14 days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, destination region, weather, carrier conditions, high-volume periods, or public holidays. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping method
- We select the appropriate shipping carrier and method based on item size, destination, and availability. Carrier preferences cannot generally be accommodated. We choose the method we consider best for safe delivery.
- Shipping fees
- Shipping costs vary based on your order and destination. The fee shown at checkout applies.
Cancellations, returns & exchanges
- Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be accepted before dispatch preparation begins. Once preparation has started, or for items that have been shipped or specially ordered, cancellation may not be possible.
- Returns & exchanges
- If your item is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos showing the item's condition. We will review the situation and advise on exchange, return, or refund options.
- Non-returnable cases
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases: more than 7 days after delivery; customer-initiated returns for personal reasons; items that have been opened, used, or assembled; items damaged by the customer; items missing tags, accessories, manuals, or parts; items whose condition is not significantly different from the product page description; minor box damage such as scuffs, dents, or corner wear occurring during manufacturing or shipping; individual variation within manufacturer tolerances; or returns based solely on subjective preferences such as color or appearance.
- Return shipping
- If the return is due to our error, defect, or mis-shipment, we will cover return shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns (where accepted), return and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective items & delivery issues
- Wrong or damaged items
- If you receive a different item from your order, or if an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the outer box, packaging materials, damaged area, shipping label, and the full item. We will advise on a resolution after reviewing the situation.
- Damage in transit
- If transit damage is suspected, please retain the outer box and packaging materials and contact us. Confirmation with the carrier may be required. Please do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Failed delivery
- If a package is returned due to extended absence, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Additional fees incurred due to return and re-delivery will also be charged to the customer. Please ensure your shipping address, building name, unit number, and phone number are correct before placing your order.
Product condition & descriptions
- Product condition
- Anime figures and hobby items may arrive with minor box wear — such as scuffs, dents, or corner damage — resulting from manufacturing or distribution. Individual variation in paint finish, minor scratches, or packaging differences may also occur. Box damage that does not affect the product itself, or that falls within manufacturer tolerances, may not qualify for return or exchange. If the condition of the outer box is particularly important to you, please contact us before ordering.

- Product images, descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Product pages may occasionally differ slightly from the actual item due to manufacturer specification changes or stock variation.
